Agreement to Terms
YOU AGREE TO READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE ROADDOG REWARDS PROGRAM. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you may not participate in the RoadDog Rewards program. Use of the RoadDog Rewards program signifies your agreement to the terms and conditions set forth herein.
Modification of Agreement
Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove any portion of this Agreement at any time. Notification of changes will be posted on www.RoadDogStores.com. Continued use of the RoadDog Rewards program after such notice constitutes your agreement to be bound by any such changes.
Minimum Age Requirement
Our program is not intended for children under the age of 13. You must be at least 13 years old to apply for and hold a RoadDog Rewards account.
Company's Rights in RoadDog Rewards Program
Company may change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the RoadDog Rewards program at any time, including rewards and DogBone accrual/redemption methods. RoadDog may impose limits on membership eligibility, certain features and services, or restrict your access without notice or liability. RoadDog reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse service, cancel membership, suspend or terminate an account.
Indemnification for Your Breach of Agreement
You hereby agree to indemnify, defend and hold Duncan Oil Company, and all its officers, directors, owners, agents, employees, information providers, licensors and licensees (collectively, the "Indemnified Parties") harmless from and against any and all liabilities and costs incurred in connection with any claim arising out of any breach by You of this Agreement, including attorneys' fees. Company reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by You.
No Warranty
The RoadDog Rewards program is provided "AS IS." To the fullest extent permissible by law, Company makes no representations or warranties of any kind for the content, materials, information and functions made accessible through the program or website.
Company disclaims any express or implied warranties, including non-infringement, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Company assumes no responsibility and shall not be liable for any damages from use of the RoadDog Rewards program or website.
Company shall not be liable for any failure of the program that results from acts or events beyond the Company's reasonable control.
Limitation of Company's Liability
In no event shall Company be liable for any loss arising from a lost or stolen RoadDog Rewards account, nor for any direct, indirect, special, consequential or other damages arising from use of the program or website — including lost profits, lost points, business interruption, or damage to equipment or data.
Maximum aggregate liability: $100.00
Program Overview
RoadDog Rewards is a free program that allows members to earn DogBones (points) for purchases at participating locations. DogBones can be redeemed for fuel discounts, merchandise, food, and beverage discounts. Enroll by downloading the RoadDog Rewards mobile app or visiting our website.
Earning DogBones
Present your account number (phone number) at the time of purchase to earn DogBones per dollar on eligible purchases and per eligible gallon of gasoline. DogBones are usually available immediately but may take up to 24 hours to credit. Rewards vary by location and are subject to change without notice.

Redeeming DogBones for Rewards
To use your DogBones, convert them to a discount within the app before reaching the point of sale, then enter your RoadDog Rewards account number at the register or fuelpoint.
Fuel discounts
Redeem for cents-off-per-gallon at participating RoadDog fueling stations. Amounts and thresholds vary by location.
Store merchandise
Use DogBones on snacks, beverages, and RoadDog gear. Eligible items vary by location — look for in-store signage.
All redemptions are subject to availability and program terms. Partial redemptions may not be permitted. DogBones have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Expiration & Forfeiture of Points
DogBones earned on your membership expire 12 months from the date they were earned.
DogBones converted to fuel or merchandise discounts expire 14 days from conversion. Expired DogBones and discounts are no longer valid.
Communications
By enrolling, you consent to receive communications about RoadDog Rewards and other services. You may opt out at any time.

At RoadDog Rewards, we value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your data when you participate in our loyalty program.
We collect
Name, email, phone, date of birth, address, purchase history, and DogBone activity.
How we use it

Shared with affiliates, service providers who operate the program, and legal authorities when required.
Your rights
Access and update your info, opt out of marketing, or request data deletion (subject to legal requirements).
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
